MeeshoCRM Privacy Policy
Sarthi Tech ("we") makes MeeshoCRM, a tool that helps Meesho sellers see their orders, payments and returns in one place. MeeshoCRM is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Meesho.
1. What MeeshoCRM collects

MeeshoCRM does not read other websites, your browsing history, passwords or payment card details.
2. Where it is stored
- On your computer: in Chrome's storage for the extension.
- In your MeeshoCRM account: a cloud database run by Google Firebase on our behalf. Its servers may be outside India. Only your account can read or write your data.
Buyer details from your shipping labels are saved to your MeeshoCRM account in full (name, address, city, state, pincode). You can turn saving off in Settings › Privacy.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data or your buyers' data. We do not use it for advertising and do not share it with anyone, except Google Firebase, which stores it for us, and EmailJS, which sends us an email with your name, email, mobile number and payment details when you pay. We would also share it if Indian law requires us to. We use the data only to provide MeeshoCRM's features to you.
4. How long we keep it
Data stays until you delete it. "Delete all data" in Settings sends a deletion request to us. When we accept it, the data on your computer is deleted, your saved records in your MeeshoCRM account are marked as deleted, and your account is deactivated (you can request activation later; syncing again then restores your records). To have your data removed from your MeeshoCRM account permanently, email us from your seller account email (see section 10); we delete it within 30 days. Uninstalling the extension removes the data on your computer. Plan and payment records are kept as business records, to answer questions about payments.
5. Your buyers' details
You are responsible for using your buyers' details lawfully: only to fulfil and support their orders, as Meesho's seller terms and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 require.
6. Your rights
You can see, correct, export (Export CSV / Export backup) and delete your data at any time from the extension. For any request or complaint, contact our grievance officer (section 10). We reply within 30 days.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Database rules let a signed-in seller reach only their own data. No method is completely secure, so please keep your computer and Meesho login safe.
8. Payments
Plan payments are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for problems with your payment method (UPI app or bank). See the Payments & Refund Policy.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and tell you in the extension.
